SpaceRhinosuarus, it is. Because of the 1RU combat ability of Yasova Dragonclaw her colour identity is RGU.

Flickering a creature puts it back under its owner's control. Bazaar trader is the only one that works and Willbreaker
May 5, 2016 11:20 a.m.
CthuluRules, what cards are you looking at that don't work? Ghostly Flicker states that they are returned under 'Your control' not owner's control. The same is true for Deadeye Navigator and Conjurer's Closet. I don't think I have any other flickering cards in this deck.
I know there are a lot of until EOT controls, but that is why I've got so many sac outlet's in the deck. If I can't keep them, I'm not giving them back.

Wouldn't something like Corrupted Conscience be a better fit to stealing for just a turn? Alao no Sundial of the Infinite? Awesome build! Nice and original. I would probably run more equips to allow the commander to take bigger guys so just an idea to toss out.

MsSysbit, thank you very much for the compliment. I'm not sure what purpose Sundial of the Infinite would have in this deck. The until end of turn effects immediately end, so I would lose the creatures right then and there.

It lets you keep them longer as you bypass anything that says "at the beginning of the end step" so you can prolong iwnership of the cards.

Fatal Frenzy? Granted you sac Yasova, however I think this with Insurrection would be hilarious
May 22, 2016 12:11 a.m.
Vininn126, I like it. Especially if with Insurrection I can get Zada, Hedron Grinder and hit everyone with double damage, trampled and then force them to sac everything....drools

Wolfir Silverheart to throw on Yasova Dragonclaw
make her hefty enough to steal anything without much effort.
5 cmc for 12 p/t spread across 2 bodies is pretty darn well costed.

IDK if you've thought about it or not, but what about Rancor it seems like a lot of value for 1 mana to increase Yasova Dragonclaw's power and you get it back if she gets removed

Your deck is mean. I love it.
I noticed some weak parts:
Deadeye Navigator. To make him work properly, as you says in the comments, you have to pair it with a creature controlled by the enemy, then you must take control of that creature, then blink it. This gives your opponent, if playing blue, to answer in the stack blinking his own creature to avoid you controlling it. And I think this procedure is too mana intensive. I would cut this card.
you have just too few card to protect your commander from removals and "destroy".
your ramp cards are pretty slow and almost enter on the 4th-5th turn. I suggest to change them for ones with a lower CMC (2-3)... take Harrow for example: tap 3, sac one of the tapped and put 2 untapped :)
mana curve. As mentioned above, I would cut some very CMC expensive cards to give your deck more speed. If I select alle the cards with a CMC from 1 to 3, most of them are not good in early game, slowing you down.
beside this, I really love this deck theme
+1

As a note combo 2 doesn't work. You choose your targets when you place the ability on the stack. Since both trigger at the beginning of combat when you are placing Yasova's trigger on the stack (and therefore choosing it's target) her power is still 4. Even if you layer it so Xenagos's trigger goes on the stack second you're forced to choose your target before either resolves.

Worldferno, you are correct. CRAP! I can't believed I missed that. I think I'll keep Xenagos in anyway. Thank you for the catch. I appreciate it.

I think Cytoplast Manipulator is better than Simic Manipulator in this deck. Thx to graft you can steal their creatures the turn after they play them (or right when they play them), regardless power. Plus cytoplast works with flicker (blinking her restates the counters). Just make sure to sac their stuff first or they get them back :)

I sont know if you know this, but Willbreaker + Yasova Dragonclaw still wont work with higher power creatures if that's what you were going for
July 21, 2016 9:31 p.m.
griz024, I like it. I think I'll add that to the updated version!
Soul_Power, I've got Beguiler on my maybe board. The other two are a bit too high cost for what I'm trying to maintain.
Wolves222, yes I know it won't get me high power creatures, but it will allow me to keep any creature successfully targeted by Yasova longer than EOT.

I recommend Time of Need to get your legendaries and more stuff to protect your commander ;)

Thanks for the suggestions everyone. Please keep them coming. They are greatly appreciate.
wahnschatten, the costs for Cloak and Dagger and Mask of Avacyn to cast and equip (5) seems a bit high. But you are right, I definately need to get some more protection for Yasova. Safe Haven does help me with the sac as it returns the card to it's owner's control, not mine. Synod Sanctum,Culling Dais and Shivan Harvest have low sac costs. I REALLY like your suggestion of Karn, Silver Golem. He's going to be a definate add. Kamahl, Fist of Krosa for stealing lands seems interesting as well.
crucif3r, excellent suggestion. It will allow me to tailor the creature out based on how the game is going.
Going to remove some of my higher cost sac outlets (such as Nephalia Smuggler as it is difficult to get them off after I play a card, pay 3CMC for Yasova, and then another 4 to keep them. Going to try and utilize some cheaper sac outlets to get benefits for sacing them.

Hey drakereid! I like your build. I'm getting ready to purchase mine. I have her built with the same idea as yours, only my budget is under $50. I was thinking that Breath of Fury could be a potentially hysterical use of an opponents creatures
December 11, 2016 10:39 p.m.
UnleashedHavok, I understand about keeping it budget. I think that Breath of Fury may be a bit mana intensive to be useful. It is something I've found with some of the cards that I've cut like Nephalia Smuggler; after you pay the CMC of 3 to take the item and them have to pay another CMC of 4 to use stuff, it limits what you can play from you hand.
Try and stay on ones that you can take cheaper. I would strongly recommend Dracoplasm as a viable alternative. You take the creature, attack with it, and then sac it to pump up your Dracoplasm and it only costs 2. Good luck with your build. Send me the link if you build it on Tappedout. I'd love to take a look.

I like the Dracoplasm suggestion drakereid, thanks! I had not run into this card yet, and it will fit beautifully with my current build since I have a decent amount of copy creatures already. And I completely agree with you on the idea that you don't want to pay mana to get a creature out only to pay more to use its ability. My Alesha, Who is Unfinished deck is built around ETB effects, and I would love to get my Hope You Didn't Want That (Yasova) deck to the same place eventually.
Oh, something I am wrestling with is what to take out to make room for a few sac outlets so I don't have to give stuff back..... I'm a greedy, fickle creature after all.

You have to build a commander deck around the commander's color identity.
