"There is no better feeling as a blue player than drawing 15 cards and taking 5 extra turns; there is no better feeling as a red player than doming an opponent for 20 on turn 6; there is no better feeling as a white player than... well... im just splashing white for jeskai nonsense..."

So the idea is to combo spells together using Howl of the Horde and Pyromancer's Goggles. Most games will start with a beat-down strategy using Mantis Rider. Once you reach 6 mana, just Howl of the Horde + Jeskai Charm to burn them for 12 and win.

Your game plan changes from game to game however. It always depends on your opening hand. This deck takes a lot of practice to play successfully as well as being very proficient in elementary blue. I would not suggest this deck for beginners.

If your opening hand contains lots of removal, you will take on a control role and stall out the game until you can drop a Pyromancer's Goggles to cast draw spells and then burn them out. If you have a creature heavy opening hand, you should try to be as aggressive as possible and try to curve out perfectly. This means Seeker of the Way , Mantis Rider, Tormenting Voice and Magma Jet , Pyromancer's Goggles, etc... Your game plan can very easily be adjusted with the use of Tormenting Voice. You can discard spells you don't need and try to find the ones you do. If you have Temporal Trespass in your hand, you almost always want to discard it.

I am currently testing the ratio of Treasure Cruise to Dig Through Time. Although dig is a better card, there isn't a better feeling as a blue player than drawing 9+ cards from an assortment of Howl of the Horde + Pyromancer's Goggles + Treasure Cruise . (if that combo is executed in that order, it is 15)

Feel free to leave a recommendation, though if you do suggest anything, tell me what it would be replaced for. Everything in this deck has a place and I would need a reason to change cards. That being said, I love reading suggestions and try to learn from them.

In the interest of winning, I have decided to change my deck to be more controlling of my opponents actions.

If I am against RDW and I don't have at least 2 seeker of the ways or a hand full of removal, I basically lose. This deck will never be faster than RDW, and I need to stop pretending I can race them. For this reason, and my recent viewing of this deck here : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hCKTf5BBhIc , I have decided to change my list. With a smaller focus on creatures, I am able to include board wipes to slow opponents down. My win-con is burn, and with the amount of draw in the deck, I will find enough of it to win.

I am looking to aquire a third Pyromancer's Goggles to increase the consistancy of the deck. When this happens, I will likely remove my singleton Howl of the Horde. I have to draw the line somewhere, and unfortunately I just need to stop playing terrible cards for style points.
