This deck is great. I wouldn't get too attached keeping the Inquisition of Kozilek + Surgical Extraction combo though (unless it's really working for you). I honestly can't say from personal experience, however I've heard and read a fair amount about Surgical Extraction being over valued in most builds. It's seems like more of sideboard card to me.
There's an interesting article about it here:

electromancer Thanks! For the time being I am going to keep the combo. The fact that I can rip your key cards from your deck t1 really helps this deck, and I have won games by hitting it t1. I will check that article out, seems interesting.

Well shoot, If you run Virulent Plague then Swan Song and Curse of the Swine might be playable too!

electromancer I just updated the deck list. Virulent plague and swan song should make the build. Plague will be a one of because of cc reasons, but it fits. Swan will be a 1 of when I fugure out the balance against burn. That or I'll drop dash hopes. I appreciate the good advice btw.

9headedhydra electromancer what about running Duskmantle Guildmage and Mindcrank in the deck? With the constant life ping mindcrank could do a decent bit. And. With the guildmage I could loop out and deck them.

That's a combo that some mill decks try to run, but it's usually weak even when the deck is built around it. I'd focus on bringing more focus to deck.

As for Swan Song and Curse of the Swine I think your right about running no more than 1 of each, and I'd agree with dropping Dash Hopes. It's a cool card, but only because it allows black decks access to a soft counterspell outside of blue. Sorta like how running Psionic Blast wouldn't make any sense in Izzet colors.

electromancer ok. At some point I'll probably build a mill variant of this deck but for now I doo what I can to bring in more of a focus. Thoughts on Sanguine Bond?

Well it's pretty high on the curve, I don't know.

How come you're not running 4x Hunted Phantasm?

electromancerSpace for the most part. But I have also top decked 3 back to back a number of times. I have bumped it back to 2.

If you do make a mill version be sure to include Selhoff Occultist

electromancer oh Ya. That will do nicely. I'll play with the idea. If I get something I'll link it in the description of this deck

seeing as this is a combo based deck, i'd up the Illness in the Ranks to 4 and the Virulent Plague to 2, i'd put surgical extraction in the sideboard. Also in this particular deck I think splashing red would be more effective than splashing green.

9headedhydra So i have started working on the red splash idea and Grixis vresion is up if your willing to give a hand on tweaking it.

I'm a little surprised there is no Intruder Alarm. With that you got a kill in a single turn.

For competitive testing this combo is sadly a tad too weak due to the 1 health of your major combo enablers and the fact that it isn't going to immediately win you the game, I'd almost suggest adding Apostle's Blessing or Dispel to the mainboard just to try and protect your fragile creatures.

Bitterblossom is quite weak in this deck as it requires Blood Artist specifically to actually do something while your enchantments are up. Thoughtseize really feels like it's required in the mainboard especially to fight amulet and tron decks, even against coco it plays stronger since you can get coco. I would finally suggest mainboard hard creature kill spells, the deck's combo isn't lethal enough to kill when it comes together so being able to stop an opponent's larger creature helps, I'd almost even suggest using Path to Exile, the deck already loses hard to Blood Moon so why not get a little greedier with a Godless Shrine 1 of to fetch.
