Win Conditions

(Swarm Intelligence, Thousand-Year Storm, or Bonus Round) + Turnabout + Narset's Reversal = Infinite Mana and Storm

Generally, this deck cannot rely on an infinite and instead opts to build a raw storm count using the following payouts:

• Fiery Confluence: With 6 damage to each opponent, you only need a Storm Count of 6 with Thousand-Year Storm, assuming 40 life for each opponent. The added bonus of an Anger of the Gods or Shattering Spree makes it the best payout in the deck for versatility and efficiency.
• Comet Storm: While it completely lacks functionality outside of winning the game, it requires the least copies to win with, meaning a viable win condition for Swarm Intelligence and Bonus Round.
• Atarka's Command: The next best card, after Fiery Confluence, for dealing damage to each opponent. You'll want a Storm Count of 13 with Thousand-Year Storm. Putting lands into play is not unsubstantial, nor the other effects depending on circumstances.

Exclusions: Grapeshot and Brain Freeze

This deck assumes Thousand-Year Storm in play as much as possible, and with that factored, the true storm cards aren't good rates. Let's compare Lightning Bolt to Grapeshot here. Grapeshot with 'double' storm effectively deals 2 damage per copy, which doesn't compare to Lightning Bolt. This isn't even factoring Lightning Bolt's efficiency at 1 mana, or its utility pre-storm. Payouts should either be achieve the win in under 15 spells, or be greatly useful in other stages of the game if not.
