Only run 1 non land permanent ( Thassa's Oracle , Laboratory Maniac or Jace, Wielder of Mysteries ). Use one of your tutor effects to draw it, then play Illuna to deck yourself then play your wincon. Thassa's Oracle seems most promising. Cards that search Forest lands are placed in the Tutor section because they can fetch up Dryad Arbor.

A game plan I'm testing is getting Thassa's Oracle to the top of your deck with cards like Worldly Tutor the scrying it to the bottom with Opt then untapping and mutating our commander and exiling our entire deck then casting Thassa's Oracle which happens to be our last card in deck. If the trigger resolves we win.

I like this game plan more than casting Thassa's Oracle in the same turn as the commander because it cost 2 mana less and also if we have a cavern of souls, the combo is uncounterable. If we have to mutate our commander then cast Thassa's Oracle , we can only make one of those creature casts uncounterable.

One this to be mindful of is that once you are able to put Thassa's Oracle on the bottom of your library, is that whenever you tutor you have to shuffle which ruins your progress. So fetchlands and rampant growths become liabilities. So I try to hold off on bottoming Thassa's Oracle until I'm ready to combo. Also if you draw Fire Prophecy you can just hold Thassa's Oracle in hand and put it on the bottom of your Library at the opportune time.
