1: Ramp up to have enough mana to be able to cast both Illuna, Apex of Wishes for it's mutate cost, and Thassa's Oracle in the same turn.

2: Play token generating cards, to build defenses, and play control by countering your opponents' cards.

2 1/2: Maybe tutor up Thassa's Oracle with draw spells or Uncage the Menagerie, Primal Command, or Shared Summons if you need to.

3: Cast Illuna, Apex of Wishes for it's mutate cost on top of a token, mill out your entire library, play Thassa's Oracle, and win.
