What format? Several of these cards are extremely limited in formats they are allowed in.

What cards are illegal? I'm not really knowledgeable when it comes to all this format and tournament stuff, I've never been to a tournament myself

look on the right of the deck where it lists most the deck as illegal.

Go in and change the deck to modern in format and most of them will become legal but not all.

replace Counterspell with Muddle the Mixture. it can counter or fetch your 2 cmc creatures like Lord of the Unreal and Phantasmal Image.

Good idea, however why not replace cancel instead? It achieves the same purpose, just keeps the better card. Plus then I could fetch counterspell as well

Replace Forbidden Orchard with Cavern of Souls it helps against other blue decks.

Planeswalkers are good in midrange and control but illusions are an aggro deck drop them and put something like Bident of Thassa to generate card advantage for you. All my advice is personal opinion btw not saying its the best thing but i feel it will help you i love illusions as a deck type.

Krovikan Mist will probably help you more then Phantasmal Abomination. it is weaker normally but it will rarely be less then a 2/2 and easily becomes a huge cheap flyer.

When you really consider it, bident of thassa, jace, and Tamiyo all compliment each other. Draw cards with jace and bident, and then just use tamiyo's -8 ability and keep drawing

yeah but if he can get tamiyo to 8 he should of won way before then.

I agree with the Krovikan Mist <- Phantasmal Abomination swap. I found that during play testing it didn't help me much at all

another really good undervalued card is Spreading Seas it hurts a lot of decks hardcore and replaces itself.

Mistform Warchief, while a great card, isn't modern legal. Maybe the fourth Krovikan Mist?

I think I am missing something here. How can you pump illusions without sacrificing them? Hexproof doesn't keep you from having to sac them if you target them with your own pump spell.

I like the idea of using illusions, but I'm very confused about how this all works.
