The final (and first REAL) competitive Edh I've built. I set no limitations on budget since it would be the last build i do for a while.

So with Maelstrom Wanderer having cascade, I figured since he doesn't exactly have to resolve for the cascades to trigger I figure if there was room for a counter spell then the cascade's would make it virtually pointless. So since the cascade spells resolve, I would want to get rid of anything that's a threat to my general. That being almost everything. So that's why the mass removal spells are in there because a board clear of lands and creature with just someone's Maelstrom general is rude. And for that purpose we have lots of ramp to cast our general a lot. Lot of it being artifact ramp although that's just me being paranoid of my own cascades. Land ramp is always and will always be the least susceptible to control versus creature or artifact ramp. Also some library manipulation considering were messing with cascade.
