@Forkbeard I'm hesitant to add Blade of Selves to this deck mostly because it is a total nonbo with flicker effects. At 4 mana, it's equip cost is rather steep. If I flicker the creature it is attached to (which will likely happen), I have to invest another 4 mana to re-equip. It could be powerful, though.

Do you think you'll be allowing this freshly spoiled fellow to join Roon's blink family?:

@Forkbeard That card looks excellent! I'd certainly like to fit it in, but I'm not entirely sure where it would go. It's rather unfortunate that it can't bounce my own creatures, but I will certainly test it out once it's released.

TheFanatic: Any further thoughts on Reflector Mage? A good inclusion or a more expensive answer compared to i.e. Swords to Plowshares?

@illumfolly while Eldrazi Displacer's effect is obviously a perfect fit for this deck, I'm not sure that it's really playable in this particular build due to its colorless mana requirement, even with my 9 lands that are capable of producing colorless. I will certainly test it once I get my hands on one, though. I haven't yet had a chance to get any OGW cards, as I was busy during the prerelease weekend.
@Indigoindigo I think that Reflector Mage has potential, especially if you often go up against voltron style commanders. I'm not sure it quite warrants a spot in this deck, though, since it can only hit creatures and only stops one at a time, even if it for an extended period of time. I also don't ever encounter voltron decks in my playgroup, since my friends generally either play combo or value grindfest decks.

I like to think of the added colorless cost as the replacement drawback for the Soulbond trigger on Deadeye Navigator.
This card is bonkers bananas, goes infinite in 100 different ways, and is using its secret network of spies to track your IP right now, so you better prepare for the storm, it can bounce anything anywhere anytime.
In any case, there are a lot of changes that can be made to allow for colorless mana as a thing, and to take advantage of casting things from other people's libraries.

@illumfolly All good points. Picked up a prerelease promo, it's in the deck now.

Sword of the Paruns is an interesting way to go infinite with blinks, Umbral Mantle also fits this slot, and if you go infinite, you can just exile all of their creatures and hit for 21 with Roon Easily.

MasterXehanort - I'm personally a big fan of Eerie Interlude, either as a second Ghostaway or as a replacement in general, especially since you can pick and choose which creatures you blink where Ghostaway hits all. Sometimes you want to keep some guys on the field.

@TheFanatic - So I have built this deck almost identical but I'm having trouble deciding on whether to cut Time Spiral (Which I had already) to add Garruk, Caller of Beasts. Also, how well has mystic snake performed in this deck? very curious to know how consistent it is as it might be something I will cut for Garruk instead.

@Sillyprawn Mystic Snake has been very good for me. This deck isn't big on countering spells, but it's nice to pack at least one (tutorable) way to deal with problematic cards before they resolve. I highly recommend it. Its power in concert with Restoration Angel or Deadeye Navigator is undeniable. Yes, I've seen Panharmonicon. It will make it into the deck, but since Kaladesh isn't out yet I haven't added it. The white Gearhulk will also almost certainly make the cut as a pseudo board wipe that can be flickered.
@MasterXehanort Sorry for the super late response, but Eerie Interlude will probably replace Ghostway once I can get my hands on a copy.

Good additions, especially Recruiter of the Guard. I popped one of these and am so psyched to play him in my Roon deck!

That's great! I will definitely keep a spot in there for the cheeky old serpent. I am also running Sanctum Prelate as usually naming 2 as my number. Do you think this card has a place in Roon?

I don't mean to keep spamming the comments but I've been having heaps of fun playing with my variation of this deck (Mostly identical apart from about 8 cards) however, the only problem I seem to be having is dealing with hexproof creatures, namely Narset. A lot of the time, the only way to deal with them is with Supreme Verdict.
Do you have any suggestions? I have added Arcane Lighthouse but unfortunately I don't have much in the way of creature to nonbasic land tutor.

have you thought about using Ulvenwald Hydra hydra to get lands from your deck

I actually haven't but that is brilliant, I was very unaware of this card, I thought the only Green dude to fetch any land on ETB was Primeval Titan. Thank you MasterXehanort!!

Sillyprawn just letting you know you only get one land though

@MasterXehanort and @Sillyprawn I actually have a foil Ulvenwald Hydra but I don't think I really need to be fetching lands after I already have 6 mana. Yes, I can go get utility lands, but none of the lands in this deck are super high-impact except for maybe Alchemist's Refuge. The 6-drop slot is super competitive here, and I'm not convinced that Ulvenwald Hydra is better than any of my current ones.

I have a suggestion regarding lands. To ensure colorless mana is available for Eldrazi Displacer I would remove the scry lands to include Flooded Grove, Mystic Gate & Wooded Bastion. Just a thought. Also, how well has Bant Charm performed for you?

Hello fellow Roon player! What are your thoughts on Blade of Selves in here? Personally, I'm kind of torn. On one hand, it could be argued that it's completely unnecessary due to the already prevalent abundance of blink. On the other hand, most of the ETB/LTB creatures in here would really reap the benefits from it. I'm curious to hear your opinion.
