All good points... the thing with the fiend that made me suggest it is that it gives you an alternate bomb for situations where the demon may be dicey (for example if you're running low on humans and you don't want to be forced into sacrificing) AND with it having regenerate, it could be useful against stuff like Blasphemous Act, Go For The Throat, Day of Judgment, etc. that would kill the demon.
Personally I've been planning a deck like this since the demon was spoiled... and I plan on prob. running 3 demons and 2 fiends, so that I have an alternative... but hey, it's your deck.
And yes, I would definitely run the Flayer. Reusable removal is ALWAYS good, especially in situations like this when it triggers other abilities through Morbid.

Are you thinking maybe Evolving Wilds as maybe a two of? I mean having only 4 dual lands leads to some pretty easy many screwing. Personally i like the wilds over Shimmering Grotto.

The grotto was for Flashback on Ray of Revelation, Evolving Wilds might be useful... I just hate that the land it grabs is tapped, the deck is a little on the aggro side and it hurts the tempo.. Ill try it.
I put in 2 Flayers in place of the GFTT because I dont need that much targeted removal. Actually i got that wrong didnt I, the two Shimmering Grottos could cast most spells. Meh while it may be useful as another bomb Im going to have to say no, if only just to preserve the flavor of the deck.

i think you could make a really nice morbid engine if you wanted

Well of course, too many decks and too little time, a g/b morbid humans splashing red maybe? There are not enough morbid effects in b/w alone to take advantage I think.

This deck is tagged as extended, but it is actually standard.

Your curve is honestly really steep. Without some kind of ramp this is just going to be way too slow for modern.

Path to Exile and/or Silence to lose your opponents focus?

You need to utilize some of the explosive mana generation that Black has. At the very least I'd ditch your Sorins and Tribute to Hungers and replace them with x4 Dark Ritual and x2 Crypt Ghast. That way you'll ramp into your 4 and 5 cost spells waayyy more easily. Sounds not that important but those cards can provide an excessive amount of advantage putting you literally entire turns ahead of your opponent. You could argue keeping the Sorins rather than the Crypt Ghasts because you're already at 4 on your mana curve by the time you play him, but those are just the biggest changes I personally would make

If you want something against token, you're better off with Engineered Explosives or Ratchet Bomb, cost less and require no colored mana. Bile Blight and Declaration in Stone is also quite fantastic for your colors.
Just don't use them against me :P

Has anyone recommended Westvale Abbey Flip to you? Can basically give another wincon through grindy matches.

looks great... but why Ray of Revelation ? It'd be cool if you had green mana... but... Why not Demystify or Sundering Growth or Disenchant

Well Village Cannibals have been discarded for reasons of room vs utility. I was wondering about Skirsdag Flayer honestly, it seems very nice though an I was asking whether people thought I should use it. Honestly Fiend of Shadows is kinda underwhelming, I mean I can play a card they exile but I would need their mana and this deck has no way to manufacture other types of mana, so it would only really be useful against decks running B/W.
And i really cant believe i missed tragic slip, morbid should be activated basically every turn so into the sideboard it goes, Mainboard has enough removal but it would be super helpful against indestructables or regenerating. Thanks for that one.
