Draw. Stack. Attack.
I started making this deck as a budget deck to play with my friends but I think its just out of rang to be called a true budget. Yet, it carries a lotta punch in $42. Daybreak Coronet is the key. Get that guy out and you can take damage, deal it back, and regain the life you lost. And at your end step, you still have a defender with lifelink.
Sage's Reverie, not only will it boost your creature to the moon by the time you play it, its an duel draw card well worth the mana cost.I usually end up drawing 3-4 cards every time.
Flickering Ward, Who wouldn't like protection from any color you wanted and to have a take back option. That return ability is great when the creature is about to die or when you want to use 4 mana to replay the aura a few times and build up the counters on your creature.
Winds of Rath, Whats this? A
Day of Judgement
that doesn't kill my enchanted creatures! So what if it costs 5 mana, this baby will save you from slivers to tokens and with a no regeneration kicker it is a must for a last contingency plan.
Eidolon of Countless Battles
So no Heroic but "OMG Becky look at those abilities!" +1/+1 for creatures (including self) and auras. Wow. And don't even get me started about the bestow cost. Which often can be reduced to 3 mana or less with
Hero of Iroas
in play.
Best Start Planes +
Favored Hoplite
Then Planes + Flickering Ward. Next a Daybreak Coronet + Ethereal Armor and now you have a 10/11 creature that is indestructible for the turn, protected from the color of your choice and has lifelink and vigilance. All on Turn 3.
I could go on but I think you will best understand it by playing it, but get ready to do some math.
