Deck looks cool, +1 from me :).
I think Mirrorweave looks really cool. Perhaps if you could somehow flood the board with weenies, drop a Biovisionary and drop one Mirrorweave, you'd have a win right there. It might take more building around Mirrorweave but just food for thought...

Also, Rite of Replication (a bit pricey if you kick it, but still cool) seems pretty interesting.

Rite of Replication, Infinite Reflections and Mirrorweave are preaty good, but not in this deck builded around Collected Company. Actually i have tryed building deck with them and Biovisionary, and this deck work better.
The reason is this: in this deck your strategy is to 3 copies of Renegade Doppelganger (copied them with cryptoplasm or/and phantasmal image) and then slap for Biovisionary for instat win. U can of course do this with some of this third cards, but then... u make less likley to draw something interesting with Collected Company.

Any particular reason you aren't using Progenitor Mimic?

I originally ran Progenitor Mimic in the 75, but when I switched to a Collected Company deck, I took it out. It's an excellent card (I'll admit) for this strategy, but I personally don't want to run it (feel free to if you make your own version of this deck!)

Polymorphous Rush could maybe find a place in this deck, as it would let you turn preexisting non biomancers in biomancers.

This is by far the best Biovisionary I've seen, very cool.

It would indeed, AL_EXcalibur14, however I don't believe it's modern legal (It was only printed in Stronghold, if I'm not mistaken!)

Uhh... About six of the cards, without even having to try to think about them, are useless. Why use fetch lands that can get a plains or a forest, when you could just have a forest. Especially if you don't have plains and/or creature-lands you can fetch, those are useless compared to just a plain island/forest. As far as I can see, the rest of the deck is good, but unless you're going to expand the deck, just don't use those, and replace them with basics

Fetchlands allow you to grab the land you need, while thinning out the deck to increase the odds that you will draw something you actually need.

Woodland Bellower or Protean Hulk could be interesting.

I would ignore most of these suggestions. Fetches are most definitely useful, as they fetch Breeding Pool, and thin your deck, increasing the chances of drawing your combo. Also, a lot of the suggested cards are really expensive (mana wise) and will slow down your deck. Mask of the Mimic seems strong, but note that its not Modern legal. If, however, you don't care about the deck being Modern legal I would just add the Mask and Green Sun's Zenith/Worldly Tutor. Really nice deck. It's sleek, fast, and efficient, and easily the best Biovisionary deck I've ever seen.

Entari0, I'm not saying that I don't know what a Fetchland does... I'm saying that of the 3 types of fetchlands he's using, only one of them is better than a basic land, because it can get both islands and forests. As his deck has no plains, the other fetchlands are worse than basics... Although, I suppose the thinning of the deck is the most useful part of them, letting you play 2 cards. I would have taken them out, added the ones he can use to most efficiency to make the total 4, and the 5 remaining open cards would be probs basics

AstroGrumpyCat the other fetches are in there for budget reasons over Misty Rainforest, however they can grab Breeding Pool, which effectively works as well as Misty.

Also thank you very much nayaanima1! It means a lot to me that others care about my deck/deck's suggestions.

Don't know if you ever looked into body double. I know he's not part of the collected company. but could be useful sideboard. being able to clone your visionary right out of the yard. Just a suggestion.

Thanks for the comment Drayk! Yes, I had it in the original list (sideboard) for that purpose, however eventually replaced it with Plaxmanta. I feel like Shroud allows the evasion my creatures need to dodge removal (except for mass removal spells), but makes up for that fact with the cheaper mana cost. Eternal Witness is my form of recursion for this deck.
Feel free to include Body Double in your own list, if you desire!

Would AEther Vial be something to consider for this deck? It could possibly be an instant speed creature to play on your opponents end step and then on your turn play another Biovisionary. If played right (and luck of the draw) it could help speed the win condition. Possibly take out the Gitaxian Probe and maybe one land being that you have 8 mana dorks in the deck. If it was something to consider.

I'm not sure if anyone has made this comment in the past, but I didn't see it in these particular comments. Have you looked into Serum Visions instead of Gitaxian Probe? I understand seeing your opponents hand is beneficial, but Serum Visions can help set up your next two turn draws if they are good enough. And if they're not you can put them at the bottom to increase the chance of getting something better in that situation.

Maybe add Green Sun's Zenith instead of summoner's pact? downside is it's not an instant, but upside is that it puts it on the battlefield for virtually the same amount of mana.
December 18, 2015 7:31 p.m.
I second that motion. I see the shuffle back effect making it ridiculously easy to get more Biovisionary out and it means they can't be countered themselves. Summoner's Pact only puts him in your hand which a makes him a little more prone to counters.

I forgot about that Plaxmanta. Good looking out.
