How do you want to use the waterveil multiple times? You have to return it to your hand and all counters are gone

You may want to consider adding Venerated Teacher because the effect will help put with the level up creatures.

I will have to think about it. My plan was to use the 12 instant/sorcery spells with proliferate to get most of the extra counters I need. The problem I see with Venerated Teacher is that after it is played it is just a 2/2 creature with no other abilities.

i think this deck is way so slow to ever win in leagacy. If you try to build a fun deck it should work.Add maybe High Tide and you can use Spire Golem as a win con.

I like the high tide idea. I was thinking about taking out Sage of Hours because I have to trigger it first, then replace it with Ludevic's Test Subject  ^Flip as the win condition.

Would Elite Arcanist be useful? Once you have ht mana, infinite turns, right? Also Show and Tell seems good here.

Elite Anarchist would definitely be helpful. Show and Tell not so much. All of the creatures are cheap so the opponent would probably end up getting something more helpful.

I am loving how this deck is turning out ,but Elite Arcanist is only good with instants which still helps out in this deck, but not with the extra turn sorceries

One of my repeated problems is that I read cards quickly and miss certain pieces of important information. I will see if there is a way to fix that.

Elite anarchist is still a very helpful card in this deck. I would most likely try and combo it with hightide for more mana every turn. I think I fixed the problem. I dropped 1x elite anarchist, 1x test subject, and 1x panoptic mirror. Then I added 4 fabricate.

I am thinking about removing Plea for Power and Echo Mage. I think that there are better cards I could add or have more of. I would love some input on if I should remove them and/or what should replace them. I was thinking either more search cards or more draw cards.

I really want to see a Panoptic Mirror + Worst Fears just to have extra turns and the other player's turn. You wouldn't need to pay for the black mana but it would mean the deck isn't mono blue.

I will keep that in mind. This deck is only to give yourself extra turn, maybe I will make a deck where you don't make extra turns, you just don't let your opponent do anything on their turns.

Well, if you do I'd love to see it! I always love decks that do something unique or unexpected. Normal decks are just so boring.

I see it the same way. My friend's best deck is his human deck.... it works well but it is very generic. I built Sniper on the Wall to combat his humans, now it is one of my best/favorite decks.
