Deck revolves around playing Rakdos on turn 4, or stalling until you can play Griselbrand. Need advice on how to tweak it so it can work faster, better, stronger.

Got another 2 Blood Crypts. took out Duress for Thunderous Wrath. Added an Increasing Ambition and removed the 2 Bump in the Night. I would like to put 3 Vampire Nighthawk to not only give me an early game option for a flying creature, but also because he gives me back the life I lose when I use Bloodgift Demon and Sign in Blood abilities. Any suggestions on what I should remove for 3 Vamps? Thanks!

Edit: I decided to remove the 3 Shred-Freaks for Nighthawks.
