How about Sanguine Bond and possibly Wall of Reverence to combo with Rhox Faithmender to really deal opponents damage when you gain life?

The sanguin bond is something I've pondered in the past. The vizkopa guildmage certainly has its drawbacks in comparison, though it works great to deal a ton of damage to each opponent in a multiplayer game. I think I would likely sub in a couple S. Bonds if I took it to more of a 1vs1 deck. I hadn't heard of that Wall before, however. That looks like it would work quite well actually, without having to keep lifelink options. I'll have to play test it a bit.

Thanks for the suggestions.

Soldier of the Pantheon is a good early threat and decent life gain.

I can definitely see him working in this, though its hard to find a place for him, particularly without changing my mana base around a bit.

Thanks for the suggestion!

I'm currently liking feed the clan more, but I've thought about putting more instances with life gain in. I think this would be the one to go with if I do.

Thanks for the suggestion!

I love all of your great budget decks. They are innovative and competitive. Awesome.

2x Sunbond?

Probably could replace the voyaging satyrs

The voyaging satyr spot is one I've been considering replacing actually. Not sure if Sunbond is the best for the spot though. I like Wall of Reverence or possibly even Nyx-Fleece Ram if I'm going to keep the mana curve lower.

Thanks for the suggestion, it helps cement the idea that the satyr can go.
