True!

Chalice can't block either. Hmmm. Time for some sneaky board wipe mayhem!!

You can try to run Phantasmal ImageMTG Card: Phantasmal Image to deal with Thrun as well. You'll just snipe their Thrun with the legend rule.

Very true. I used to SB Phantasmal ImageMTG Card: Phantasmal Image, but it got crowded out. Luckily, I have been very successful with Tribute to HungerMTG Card: Tribute to Hunger, although I'm always very close to putting Phantasmal ImageMTG Card: Phantasmal Image back in thanks to Thalia, Guardian of ThrabenMTG Card: Thalia, Guardian of Thraben and several other legendary creatures being added to the Standard pool.

Thanks for the comment!

Total competitive record is up to 18-3-3! I have one more tournament to play tomorrow night before I retire this deck at the release of Dark Ascension, hopefully with a 21-3-3 record!

Thanks for all of the help!

(1-1-1 FNM record not in tournament activity breakdown, but reflected in total competitive score. I left the tournament early due to an emergency so I missed 2 matches).

This deck is officially retired at 21-3-3. A 7:1 win-loss ratio. Excellent! Thanks for all of the help to everyone who gave input and critique!

On to bigger (and hopefully better) things!

Have to admit to loving the look of the deck and I am going to build something based on it. Thanks for the inspiration Steimtime. Great deck. +1 from me.

This is how its looking so far after a tiny bit of play-testing. Still contemplating going down to 3x DissipateMTG Card: Dissipate because of today's faster paced meta and MBing a NegateMTG Card: Negate in its place instead for swords, planeswalkers, ect.

Maining another DismemberMTG Card: Dismember because it can still take out Inkmoth NexusMTG Card: Inkmoth Nexus, Phyrexian Obliterator MTG Card: Phyrexian Obliterator , and most other threats. Titans I can usually counter, remove, or take with Volition ReinsMTG Card: Volition Reins.

Got rid of my singleton Grave TitanMTG Card: Grave Titan (sad day) but I felt like with all the swords and crusaders running around and Day of JudgmentMTG Card: Day of Judgments he is less effective that usual.

Contemplating going up to 3x Black Sun's ZenithMTG Card: Black Sun's Zenith but finding it hard to convince myself. Input?

Tragic SlipMTG Card: Tragic Slip earns itself a place in the SB for now as another answer to fast decks or if I need increased removal.

Comments much appreciated. Thanks!

Here's how it looks so far. 3x BSZ. 1x Batterskull for RDW. Kept 4x Dissipate. Added Drownyards.
