Thundermaw Hellkite is more suited toward UWR Midrange and Tempo, as is Geist of Saint Traft . This is UWR Flash. I can always playtest, but there's a good chance they won't find a home in this deck.

I am curios. What deck keeps beating you? It is always 1 deck each tourney.

I think it's expensive and overhyped.
He's good, don't get me wrong. Just not $30 good.

It's hard to answer considering how inconsistent my local FNMs have been. It usually struggles (struggled) with Rakdos Aggro.

Ertl I've considered adding 1. It's efficiently deals with Boros Reckoner so it's hardly a bad idea.

This makes me lol. Enter the Infinite is your win con with omniscience. Maybe play 2.

Love it! Just what I was looking for. If you keep your word you will see that I have a similar deck to this but black instead of blue. But after FNM tonight I was wanting to add blue instead of black. What do you think about add Cloudshift ? +1 for sure!

Cloudshift seems like it would fit in here, wouldn't it? I mean, life + a beast from Thragtusk ? A ton of cards from Prime Speaker Zegana ? Well the sad truth is, most of the time it's a dead card. If you have a Cloudshift in your opening hand, it's a pretty bad placeholder. I would much rather start the game with Selesnya Charm , Azorius Charm and Farseek , as they either advance board state by 1 or replace themselves, gaining tempo advantage or card advantage (Think Twice is more of just a nod that's it's a 2-for-1. I would never play more than 1, as it doesn't accumulate anything.)
With all being said, I would advise against playing Cloudshift . If there's comfort in it, I will test it out for you if you'd like.

I like your deck build. Are you thinking of any additions to your deck from Dragon's Maze? Deputy of Acquittals would be a good addition, flashing and bouncing back creatures with ETB effects, and a decent body for a 2 drop.
Simic Charm can also do the same thing, and in addition to that, can grant hexproof.
I need feedback on my deck. Delving Duskmantle at Night

I would probably start with taking out Delver of Secrets Flip and adding Snapcaster Mage .
On top of that, I'd really make it Esper if you can. You need Supreme Verdict and Sphinx's Revelation to deal with so much here. I do believe Delver of Secrets Flip is a dead card. It has been ever since Ponder rotated out. Duskmantle Seer has potential to be built around, but the card advantage isn't there and it hurts you in any case. Though if you're not keen to make it Esper, and have your heart set on UB Delver, then it looks pretty good. Far // Away most definitely fits in here once Dragon's Maze comes around.

+1 from me I like it alotpersonally I always have trouble making control style decks with beefy-er creatures in it so props xD

I've thought about trying to throw together something Bant control-ish, and seeing this makes me want to do it more. Looks pretty solid. Why no Avacyn's Pilgrim ? Seems like it would lose to Naya Blitz, as it takes a couple turns to maintain a solid board state. +1

Agreeing with awalk07. This needs some mana elves. Getting thrag a turn early is so good, especially with most aggressive decks dealing lethal by turn 4-5. It also helps your matchup with them because if you go T1 mana elf, T2 Loxodon smiter, it hoses their gameplan of swinging all out, because it can kill almost anything that is out there and live to tell the tale.

also, they're something to do on turn 1, and you don't have any 1-drops.
