This is supposed to be a casual deck to play with friends. If not by 3 Counterbalances it's a pretty cheap deck.

The idea is to try and slow down the opponent's early game with tempo creatures, then either slam a Improbable Alliance or Counterbalance for value. Most things on the deck will loot or help proc either of our enchantments. To control the top card of your library, use either Brainstorm or the Library of Leng + Faithful Mending combo.

Remember that Improbable Alliance comes with a draw + discard effect embedded on it, so you not only create fairies on your turn, but also replace the top card of the library.
