My take on the turbofog pauper concept.
There are several Sorceries that are good for this concept but I prefer the flexibility of instants. This allows me to play reactive and save my mana to answer threats. Being creature-less can make many of my opponents cards a dead draw.
4 Jace's Erasure to Mill.
12 Draw spells.
10 Counter spells.
18 Fog effects.
18 Land seems fine. Mainly because the Draw almost guarantees hitting the Land drops.
The Counter spells double as Draw spells.
Riot Control can gain some life, both it and Safe Passage can prevent any type of damage for the round.
Dawn Charm doubles as a Counter spell.
The sideboard is aimed at creature-less, low creature and combo decks.
