A 75% Derevi bird tribal deck. General plan is to play a bunch of birds, Derevi, and at least one Coastal Piracy effect to get tons of ramp and draw every turn. Wincons include Guile/Dovescape combo, Strixhaven Stadium, and Coat of Arms.

Notes:

Because mana pools empty at the end of phases, we need to have Flash or a plan to cast in Main Phase 2.

Because creatures general don't have haste, you're likely to always have one fewer attacking/untapping creature than lands (even if you're playing on curve). This incentivizes cards like Fertile Ground which get more out of untaps rather than Maraleaf Pixie which give more targets to untap. Also incentivizes Swiftfoot Boots/Lightning Greaves/Crashing Drawbridge.

Coat of Arms's lethal break-even point, where it can KO three opponents at full health, is 12 birds.
