Teysa + Darkest Hour + Sacrifice outlet + any creature: Creature is sacrificed, making a spirit token using Teysa's ability that turns black immediately, allowing infinite creature dies/enters the battlefield triggers and infinite sacrifice. Generates infinite coloured mana with Phyrexian Altar, infinite colourles mana with Ashnod's Altar, infinite mill with Altar of Dementia, infinite damage with Blasting Station etc. With a Blood Artist/Zulaport Cutthroat out you kill everyone via drain.

Nether Traitor + Phyrexian Altar + Teysa = infinite etb triggers

Reassembling Skeleton + Phyrexian Altar + Teysa = infinite etb triggers

Leonin Relic Warder + Necromancy/Animate Dead/Dance of the Dead = infinite etb/death triggers
