I think I like ajani > silverblade pretty much 100% just based on the fact that silverblade wants to attack TOO not watch someone else do it.

I'm definitely going to test more Ajanis out, but I feel like it's more that you want Silverblade to attack, not that he wants to. :P as a 2/2 with Double Strike he's a great blocker if it comes to that, and otherwise the deck is built to swing with everything if that's more optimal. Thanks for the advice. :)

I love this deck! +1 for sure! This has given me something to do with my mono-white humans after rotation. Of course I'll have to find a replacement for Blade Splicer as well as spend quite a bit of money on it.
Has this deck been defeated in standard tourny? If so, what are it's weaknesses?

I've been stuck living with my grandmother this summer before college, so I haven't been able to go to FNM (the shop here is small and kinda bad), nor have I even finished building the deck. I play it a lot on cockatrice, but that's a poor simulator of the actual thing. I'm struggling to find people to help me test against net decks, mostly because of time constraints, so I'm not really sure how it would perform in a tourney. Sorry I couldn't be more helpful. :/ (Replacement = Attended Knight ? ;))

pretty cool. Exalted golem is great with trample and lifelijk. My gf has a similiar deck, and it kinda creates its on wurmcoil so to speak. So removing it becomes difficult with different attributes attached to it, unless you simply o ring it. Boo. +1

and sublime is just going to make aggro decks more ridiculous. Check into geist-honored monk. She's dirty.

Two words to really bring this deck to nutso proportions. Fungal Sprouting

I think Ohthenoises's deck deck:insert-clever-title utilizes and synergizes with that card better. I don't think there's a spot in my deck currently that would rather be filled with Fungal Sprouting .

Agreed. If you go tokens you have to commit to it entirely.

my buddy runs fungal sprouting/ druids repository with dungrove being massive. Millions of saprolings and millions of mana. Fungal sprouting is dope.

Grand Abolisher to help you during your turn. Shuts the opponent down completely, except they get to block. Attack with a flyer with rancor...win.
August 23, 2012 6:25 a.m.
restoration angel and cloudshift beats conjurers closet 10x out of 10.

I originally ran Grand Abolisher ; however, his WW mana base and otherwise ability aren't worth the spot. When I finally take this deck to FNM, I'll for sure put him in if the meta where my college is requires it. Also I'll have to agree with OFA, Restoration Angel is better.
August 29, 2012 9:15 p.m.
also, if they bring back abolisher, it will make alot of rancor style decks almost untouchable. but i dont see him coming back :(

btw, take a look at my deck titled Ambivilence. Played with tonight before FNM and it killed EVERYTHING. Its super fast. Very similiar to this deck. Alot of answers and overruns like crazy. My girlfriend currently plays with it as I use Zombies, and It does hellish work. :)

maybe throw in Champion of Lambholt might be good here.

I was running Lambolt originally, but I was finding a lot of the time by t3 she wasn't very relevant to my game plan, and hitting double GG t3 is really hard to do without messing up my mana base.

Yeah, I was really hoping the Sublimes were going to drop after prerelease was over, but lo and behold it's looking like they're going up.
