mattman856 trust me, I know. Top is my favorite card in magic. And when it got banned I got like 70 condolence messages. It was very sweet and funny, lol. It's just that I put a lot of time and energy into the primer, so I'm gonna keep cycling it for a bit.

Legacy isn't a format where you can really make a budget deck and be very competitive, you can run a worse counter than FoW and Preordain over Jace, the Mind Sculptor but you lose a lot.

Yeah I know all about the Top banning. I know about Legacy budget as well, and I'm eventually gonna get the cards I need. Thanks for the link and suggestions.

tlhunter07 Thank you, I appreciate the compliment! Like Oloro said, there's no real replacement for FOW or Jace. They're necessary evils. But you can slowly work up to them overtime. Here's the build I'm running now. Which I will soon be writing a primer on and my goal is to make it better than this one! Lol. As for the coding, I made the blocks myself in paint tools sai by putting the images together and blending them together. It took me a VERY long time and TONS of testing to get it to work. I just basically had to teach myself how to use sai, and how to code. I spent so much time on it ;_; damn banning.
