This is an Aikido deck with Queen Marchesa at the head, focused on politics-combat alteration deck and make them fight each other, and finally turn their forces against them. {W}{R}{B} In the queen's way: - bribe some folks (give something for some benefits) - recruit some mercenaries (goad and control creatures) - keep the crown (monarch) - blackmail (deathtouch and another attack related threats) - collect the tithe (dmg and live pay for some actions) - make them pay any aggression to the royal majesty (aikido blows).
