This is a competitively geared deck that is seeking to combo out. I am trying to keep it "budget" $300-500, so any suggestions to improve cost effectiveness are appreciated. The goal of this deck is to get some of my bigger wizards into the grave and then cast them cheaply with sorceries and enchantments. Then, I will use my commander's wonderful ability and combo out. Any ideas are appreciated.

Combo considerations (copy and pasted from various places): fatestitcher+mesmeric orb combo. Mill the deck by having FS and the FS copy repeatedly tap and untap each other, then hit narcomeba, flashback dread return targeting your bloodline necromancer hitting snapcaster+lab man, and flashback gitaxian probe for the win

Comment from reddit: I feel like nobody talks about the easy twin line off of buried alive. Buried deceiver, kiki, apprentice, reanimate apprentice, make a copy with inala, use copy to res kiki, have kiki copy apparentice, res deciever, kill everybody. It costs a total of 3 mana after the reanimation which isn't bad at all, and the deck usually already wanted to play buried and apprentice.
