The goal is to just keep using things over and over again. Any creature or instant/sorcery is easily recoverable in this deck. Prioritize dumping Artifact and Enchantments out of your hand before Wheeling as you can't easily get those cards back.

The Combos:

Ashnod's Altar+Bloodline Necromancer= Infinite colorless mana and Hasty 3/2 Lifelinkers. This is done by having the altar out and casting the Necromancer. When the Creature enters it will cause Inallas Tricker to go on the stack. In response you sack the Necromancer to the altar gaining 2 colorless mana. With this mana you then go to Inallas trigger and pay 1. Creating a copy of the Necromancer. When the copy enters you target Bloodline Necromancer in your graveyard returning it to the field. Then you loop this however many times you want.

Naru Meha, Master Wizard or Dualcaster Mage + Ghostly Flicker= Infinite mana of what your lands or artifacts can produce and Infinite hasty 2/2's. This is done by casting Ghostly Flicker Targeting any legal targets. In response you cast Dualcaster Mage. When it Etb's you target the Ghostly Flicker on the Stack. With the new copy of Ghostly Flicker you target anything else and Dualcaster Mage. The new Ghostly Flicker then targets Ghostly Flicker for the loop. You gain finite hastys by Paying the Inalla trigger each time.

Slight variation uses just Dualcaster Mage + Twinflame. Done in the Same manner as above but with only hasty dudes.

Advanced variations: By doing the above combo, by adding in Panharmonicon or Naban, Dean of Iteration we can make infinite of whatever spell we would like based on ordering. Sorcery then Instants then the Creature. As example, we want to reanimate all creatures and all artifacts from all graveyards. We can do this by casting Beacon of Unrest holding priority, Then casting Ghostly Flicker still holding, then cast Dualcaster Mage. Dualcaster will enter and gain two ETB triggers. One will target Beacon of Unrest, the second will target Ghostly Flicker. We repeat this combo like before creating Infinite copies of our chosen spell on the stack. Now this is just the combo in general. As we are playing Inalla here you do not need Panharmonicon to pull this off as Inallas Eminence trigger acts as our Panharmonicon. While doing the combo we are also flickering a Land or artifact which we can then tap for mana, using that mana we pay the Eminence trigger giving us another copy trigger which we can use to copy Beacon of Unrest instead of a second Etb trigger given by Panharmonicon.

Archaeomancer+Gilded Lotus+Ghostly Flicker+Grapeshot= Infinite Damage to Any Target. We do this by having Archaeomancer (or any variation on that ETB) and Gilded Lotus on the field. Cast Ghostly Flicker targeting those two and let resolve. The ETB of Archaeomancer will return Ghostly Flicker to your hand and you pay for it to be cast again with Gilded Lotus. This gives you infinite casts for storm. You then finish out by tapping the Gilded Lotus for red to cast Grapeshot.

Grenzo, Dungeon Warden+Timestream Navigator= Infinite turns. Having both out on the field, you use Timestream Navigator's active to take an extra turn and put it on bottom. Then use Grenzo, Dungeon Warden's active to put it from the bottom onto the field. When it Enters the field you use Inalla's Eminence trigger to put a hasty copy to the field. You then use that ones active to take an extra turn. On the extra turn gained your original Timestream Navigator can now use it's active to take an extra turn and you repeat as much as you like.
