Blink: It's not just for {WU} any more. When you can choose to double double any triggered "enters the battlefield" effects, even Elderfang Disciple and Elvish Visionary become huge. If you can keep them going every turn, with Thassa, Deep-Dwelling and similar effects, your control, card advantage, and general awesomeness get insane fast.

Portcullis acts as a semi-stax piece, shutting down creature-based decks. You still get the benefit of your ETB effects, and if Portcullis gets destroyed, you get all of them at once. Riftsweeper can delay an opponent's Portcullised creature by shuffling it back into its deck. It also allows Timeless Witness to be recycled, so it can keep the recursion cycles going, and recovers the Evoke cost of Endurance.
