Combo revolves around two enchantments: Mist of Stagnation + Web of Inertia and the grave hate to make them effective: Scrabbling Claws and Relic of Progenitus

The remainder of the deck is built to:

1) Find the win condition ( Gush , Enlightened Tutor , etc.)

2) Protect the win condition ( Swan Song , Devoted Caretaker , etc.)

3) Kill the opponent with small evasive creatures ( Invisible Stalker , Stratus Dancer , etc.).

The remainder of the deck simply facilitates the vital parts previously mentioned: mana fixing ( Prophetic Prism , Shimmering Mirage ) to play the tutors/protection and Terrain Generator to keep pumping out lands on dead turns such that the alternate cost spells ( Daze + Gush + Thwart ) can be reliably available for 'tapped out counters' and 'free draw'
