1- One Isochron Scepter with Cloudshift, Genesis Chamber, Clock of Omens and an Altar of the Brood out, get infinite mana, Cloudshift Pili-Pala, get a token, tap Pili and token to untap the scepter, rinse and repeat.

2- Infinite mana + Blue Sun's Zenith or Helix Pinnacle = win.
