Infect deck, with T2 win possible
So let's look at the cards!
Birds of Paradise - the best exchange to Noble Hierarch. It can also block the Delver of Secrets.
Blighted Agent - unblockable creature with infect is very important in that deck.
Glistener Elf - first drop with infect.
Ichorclaw Myr - he's insure against cheap blockers. He's also unblockable with Rancor in early game.
Apostle's Blessing - I can save my creatures from removal spells for one mana. I can give them an unblockable ability, it also works from affinity decks.
Groundswell - I think it's the best pump. A land in hand isn't a rare phenomenon. It gives +4/+4 in instant speed. And it has 1 cmc.
Might of Old Krosa - it's the second pump you have to look at. If it will be cast like a sorcery, it gives +4/+4 for one mana.
Vines of Vastwood - it saves my creature for one mana and it's a +4/+4 instant pump for two. Also I can target the Pestermite, if my opponent is a Twin player.
Mutagenic Growth - I can give +2/+2 for 0 mana. It's fantastic!
Rancor - my creatures become strong with trample for one mana. It also returns to my hand if something goes wrong. And it makes my Myr unblockable.
Distortion Strike - my creatures are still unblockable. And they becomes 2/1 creatures and this spell has rebound.
Sylvan Scrying - it will help me in late game. It can find Nexus, Exalted land or Pendelhaven.
Some lands:
Inkmoth Nexus - it's a mana source and 1/1 creature withe infect and flying. It's also insure against removal spells in opponent's turn.
Pendelhaven - Why not?
Cathedral of War - a mana source with Exalted. It gives a colorless mana and enters the battlefield tapped, so I put only one copy.
In late game I can use Scrying to find Nexus or "pump lands" and my infect bird will fly like a 2/2 creature.
