["...man... that was some party," muttered Voyaging Satyr as he held his throbbing head.
"You said it... Xenagos, the Reveler sure knows how to burn the place down..." Boon Satyr agreed in his own groggy way. "Last night feels so blurry, I seem to recall us like... letting a bunch of Hydras out or something but... hrmmm... oh hell..."
"What is it... oh... hell..."]
This deck is pretty straight forward. It uses two colours, Red and Green, and they do what they do best right from turn one. Whether you choose to start with Legion Loyalist or Elvish Mystic, you are well on your way to a great game. Be sure to follow them up with one of your amazing Burning-Tree Emissary combos to quickly fill the field and develop some Devotion. Now at this point, your moves and deck are based on your opponent. Ranging from the default Boon Satyr or Polukranos, World Eater to get your damage in, or against the various control decks you are packing on side:
White Deck: Stormbreath Dragon
Blue Deck: Mistcutter Hydra
Any Combination of White, Blue, or Black: Witchstalker and/or Mindsparker
These aside, win conditions are boundless. With a quickly populating field and mana for days, you should have no problem disposing of your opponent by turn five.
By any chance, that being Supreme Verdict, you lose all your creatures, Xenagos, the Reveler knows all about how to re-ignite a party with the low, low cost of six Loyalty Counters. I mean, come on, when you are running 30+ creatures, the invite list is practically anyone (just remember b.y.o.b. rules at this party)!
[Note: The Maybeboard consists of a few considerations with the addition of Born of the Gods, I may remove some mainboard Boon Satyr and Voyaging Satyr for Fanatic of Xenagos; as for Xenagos, God of Revels, I am not sure what my plan is for him yet, quite possible to remove Purphoros, God of the Forge for him.]
