The Deck runs off of Intruder Alarm making infinite tokens with Steward of Solidarity or attaching Presence of Gond to a creature. You tap the creature, it untaps all others, rinse and repeat to eternity. The issue is now you have 100+ non-hasty creatures which your opponent can Ratchet Bomb or whatever else they want to do.

This is where Beck / Call comes in hand, every time you cast a creature, you may draw a card, pick up the whole deck, but one card and either have 4 floating or if you have a Birds of Paradise on the field you can keep tapping it for mana after a creature enters. Play Jace, Wielder of Mysteries and +1 one him to mill yourself and win the game.

Some other ways to win is to play Blasting Station before token creation to burn your opponent to death, Altar of the Brood to mill them to death.

Random Notes: there are a lot of cards needed to combo off, which is why I've found Tamiyo, Collector of Tales to be a big help. It shuts down black and can get you cards back from the grave or the deck. Another good card to have is Oath of Nissa for the draw power and help getting Jace or Tamiyo out.

Maybe Board: Swap a Bird or two for Devoted Druid and remove Jadelight Ranger for Quillspike this makes you an infinite power blocker, which you can do at the beginning of someones upkeep to prevent a burn spell, although druid will still be vulnerable
