The purpose of this deck is to get a lot of mana very quickly in order to cast large creatures as well as cast cost spells at infinite CMC's. Utilizing Ashaya, Soul of the Wild to make all non-token creatures you control lands, it gives access to a large amount of ramp, potentially incredibly quickly, as well as giving access to some infinite mana combos. I'd rank this deck at around a power level of roughly 8 based off of the Command Zone's ranking scale, as it can relatively consistently win between turns 6-9.
The main combos that run here are primarily involving the commander, so there are a couple of equipment protections to try to keep Ashaya safe. With the commander on the field, all non-token creatures become lands so cards like Argothian Elder, Krosan Restorer, Ley Weaver, and Magus of the Candelabra (Magus likely can't go infinite unless there is an effect in play that taps lands for more than 1 mana, which is why I'm not using it) all become lands and can untap themselves and an additional land to create an infinite mana loop. The mana loop can allow you to effectively cast out most, if not all, of your deck if you want with the appropriate draw cards on the field. Additionally, you can use the infinite mana to create infinite infinite/infinite hydras using Hydra Broodmaster's Monstrosity ability and infinite infinite/infinite oozes with Gelatinous Genesis. For token generation I've added Jade Mage, Retrofitter Foundry, and Ant Queen to pump out infinite tokens with the mana that you produce. (Important Note: Tokens will not generate mana)
I decided that a strong focus in card draw and mana ramp would be the major focal point of the decks win-con. Card draw is crucial, so I added as many card draw options as I felt were viable, especially if they added other beneficial effects, like card draw via The Great Henge and others. As for board wipes, I specifically chose Perilous Vault and Oblivion Stone as they specify nonland permanents, which means they become mostly once sided board wipes with the commander on the board. Cold Storage was added to protect from opponent board wipes, especially with infinite mana available. It can save all your creatures on the board and then sacrifice after the board wipe completes to bring all of those creatures back to the board. To add to this, I included Soul of New Phyrexia and Timber Protector to give my creatures indestructible to protect from non-exiling effects. I wanted additional one sided control effects to make the deck more effective in the early game, and possibly lethal in the late game. Keeping this in mind I added Imi Statue, Sands of Time, and Storage Matrix since it is possible to tap all my land creatures and lands prior to my upkeep to ignore the effects of Sands of Time, all my cards will be lands, aside from my artifacts, so I can ignore the effects of Storage Matrix, and Imi Statue hoses artifact heavy decks which can be more helpful than harmful for my deck. Quirion Ranger and Scryb Ranger can bounce useful creature cards to hand with the commander on the field, so it would be possible to make Hydra Broodmaster monstrous multiple times in a match, if needed. Plus it can affect landfall cards as well as possibly give additional mana if I haven't played a land for turn.
