The goal of this deck is to set up an infinite mana combo on turn 2 or 3, and play an X-cost spell to finish the game. A few combos allow for an infinite production of forests. Arbor Elf, Utopia Sprawl, and either Freed from the Real or Pemmin's Aura will achieve this. Another option is to enchant either Freed from the Real or Pemmin's Aura to Bloom Tender. If Chrome Mox is drawn on the first turn, it's possible to achieve an infinite combo on turn two. The two win-cons of the deck come from Hydra Broodmaster and Joraga Warcaller, which can both be tutored for with Primal Command while receiving some additional benefit. If the combo is achieved on turn 2, the multikicker cost of Joraga Warcaller can be payed for infinitely many times. This will also buff up the Arbor Elf / Bloom Tender to attack for infinite damage. Not the most competitive deck, but it sure is fun to play when you get the nuts draw. Have fun testing out this infinite mana ramp deck!
