So, basically you want to get, in any way, at least two Myr Galvanizers on the battlefield. Then, if you have at least two Myrs that produce mana, you can have infinite mana. To do this, tap two mana Myrs for two mana. Now you have two mana floating. Use one to activate on of the Myr Galvanizer's ability to untap the Myrs. The tap the two mana Myrs again and use one to activate the other Myr Galvanizer's ability. You should now havetwo mana floating a 3 untapped Myrs. Then you simply use one of the mill spells to mill your opponent of his whole deck in one turn.

Myr Battlesphere is there just as another win con. You can use the combo above to keep tapping infinite Myrs. Then, when you attack with Myr Battlesphere, it will deal infinite damage to the defending player.
