The purpose of the deck is to draw a lot of cards while the general is in the battlefield to deal as much damage as possible. Also, I put in a few fork type spells and some infinite mana combos- just in case Niv-Mizzet feels like belching Fireballs! In addition, there are a few cards that combo well with Niv-Mizzet to cause infinite damage.
