While speaking to a friend about my Ghave deck he told me of this magical combo using persist creatures and Melira for a birthpod deck so Id though I would try it out.

I soon found that the birthpod was overkill and wasnt need since if you can use Bloodthrone Vampire and Viscera Seer as 0 costing scarifies you can have a infinite persist creature loop.

So having persist creatures with ETB effect like Murderous Redcap and Kitchen Finks which can deal infinite damage or gain infinite life using the three cheap creature combo.

I also have Woodfall Primus to wipe out all the mana late game if they can survive Murderous Redcap.

Granted this combo is all about using Melira, Sylvok Outcast so I have Diabolic Tutor to search for them and Gravedigger to recover any lost component.

If they manage to remove Melira, Sylvok Outcast with Surgical Extraction or Nevermore I can use Heartmender to help remove the -1/-1 counters so you can use it as an aggro deck with good ETB effects to help things along.

Viscera Seer is used for the sacrifice and you can scry your whole deck for the card you need and Bloodthrone Vampire with a rancor to end the game with a big trample attack.

I'm thinking of adding Kithkin Spellduster so I can destroy any annoying Oblivion Ring type enchantments or just keep it as a sideboard choice.
