Well this is just fun, I appreciate your sideboard Dispel as I was noticing how this would be wrecked by Doom Blade , solid deck. Playtest proved it. +1

Could also see some Trading Post action going on with this deck. End Step Post on their turn to get a token in both your and their turn, each turn, and maybe when using Angelic Accord you can also consider Rootborn Defenses to help protect your creatures and also copy an angel token at the same time.
A 3 creature combo seems a little tricky to achieve, but you've inspired me, I might brew a variation of of this myself! +1.

Thanks Grenthox! i would totally put Trading Post in but i want to make it a standard deck. I will consider putting a Rootborn Defenses into my sideboard i might be able put it to good use. Please share this deck with people if u can i want to get as much advice as possible, this is my first real standard deck. Thanks again

Trading Post has been reprinted in M14, so it's standard legal!
October 10, 2013 4:37 p.m.
I think u should add Trostani, Frontline Medic, Lyev Skyknight, and/or Isperia
October 26, 2013 6:54 p.m.
Lyev Skyknight i feel would be a good card for my sideboard. i dont know how i would fit the trostani in but its a good idea. thanks for you feed back

The idea is sweet but if you hit the combo don't you lose because it forces you to draw every card in you're library and then some.is there something im missing?
October 29, 2013 7:56 a.m.
ColeyPTrain Fathom Mage says you MAY draw a card so you can stop the combo whenever you want so you don't deck yourself lol
October 29, 2013 8:07 a.m.
Yeah exactly! So I will just fill up my hand or if I am playing with friends I will stick a infinity hand, land in or something (there are none in standered). Thanks for the 1+

Wow, that was so much fun! I just had an epic battle against this deck with my Angel deck, Angels and Airwaves. That infinite combo of yours is really fun, and I like how you can keep yourself from decking out, because of the wording on Fathom Mage , saying "When a +1/+1 counter is placed on Fathom Mage, you MAY draw a card." You don't have to. Well, anyway, I lasted 15 turns until I took a 19/20 Archangel of Thune enchanted with Aqueous Form to the gullet. Great job, Mate! +1.

Thanks so much! am i glad it can last against an angel deck like yours. i need two more cards before i can take it to a tournament but when i do i hope it does as good as that. Thanks for the feedback and the +1!

I'm doing a playtest against my Blightcaster Control [Budget] deck, I'll let you know the results once I finish.

First game:You never managed to pull an Island , which hurt your strategy quite a bit. Your demise came at the hands of a 10/10 Alms Beast with lifelink combined with a Vizkopa Guildmage for which you had no way to deal with. To be fair, you stalled for 4 rounds, thanks to your Fiendslayer Paladin , Brindle Boar , and Angelic Accord . However, a Pacifism on your final blocker was what allowed me to secure the victory.
Second Game:
This time your mana base was much better, thanks to Sylvan Caryatid .
Turn 1: You play an Elvish Mystic , I play Hopeful Eidolon
Turn 2: You play Sylvan Caryatid , I play Vizkopa Guildmage
Turn 3: You play Fathom Mage thanks to your caryatid. I play Sin Collector , and take away your Simic Charm . At this point you only have 2 lands in your hand, and I am aware of that. I swing with Vizkopa for two. Life: 18-20
Turn 4: You draw Brindle Boar , which you play, and draw an Aqueous Form , and then pass turn. I play Ethereal Armor on my Hopeful Eidolon , making it a 3/3 first striker with lifelink, and swing for three, and activate Vizkopa Guildmage 's second ability. You block with Brindle Boar , and sac him before damage is assigned to go up to 22 life. Life: 22-20
Turn 5: You draw Horizon Chimera , which you play, drawing you 1 card and gaining you 1 life. You draw a Hallowed Fountain , which you play tapped. On my turn, I play a second Ethereal Armor on my Hopeful Eidolon (since I haven't seen any removal spells yet I would feel pretty safe doing so), making him a 7/7. I swing and activate the 2nd ability of Vizkopa Guildmage . You, having no choice, block with your Elvish Mystic , taking 7 damage from the life I gain. Life: 15-30
Turn 6: You draw Angelic Accord , which is not helpful at the moment. You play it, and leave your Sylvan Caryatid untapped for the block. On my turn, I swing once again with my Eidolon and active the guildmage's second. You block with the caryatid, and I gain 7 life you lose 7 life. At this point if you have to block again, you will lose your combo. You need to topdeck something, now. Life: 8-37
Turn 7: On your turn you draw...........................................an Island . Rats! You have no choice but to pass turn. On my turn, I once again attack, and use the guildmage. You have to block with your Horizon Chimera , as you are now down to just 1 life. Life: 1-44
Turn 8: On your turn you draw Archangel of Thune ! What a slap in the face! Alas, had you drawn it just one turn earlier you could have gone infinite. But, it's not enough, and you concede.
Bummer man! I really wanted to see that combo go off! The biggest issue with your deck was that you weren't getting to what you needed fast enough. I would suggest taking out Angelic Accord , as it was no help to you whatsoever. Maybe you could add in some card draw, like Divination instead? At any rate, good games nonetheless!
November 3, 2013 6:56 p.m.
Thanks for that long and crazy explanation! I think i will take out an Angelic Accord and add another Simic Charm . If i was actually playing against you i would have side boarded in a fog to stall maybe a little longer to get a Voracious Wurm out loaded with counters or the combo. Also i put multiple win conditions in so i could have the decisions to block with the main three guys if i needed to. Thanks for testing it and giving me this info.

No problem! I was bored, and your deck seemed interesting, so I figured why not do a playtest? The thing about cards like Angelic Accord is that they are win-more cards. If you are in a position where you are making angels every turn, then you were probably already winning to begin with. Another example of a win-more card would be Cryptborn Horror . In order to make him big, you need to do a lot of damage; but if you can do a lot of damage, then you don't really need Cryptborn Horror because you are already winning! What you want are cards that will help you to win when you are behind. Fog could definitely help give you that extra turn you need when a giant dude is smashing your head in, but its only a temporary solution. Then again, if you hit your combo, from what I understand you basically win the game, so who cares? On that note, I don't really think Aqueous Form and Unflinching Courage need to be in here, as they both fill a similar role, but are only of use if you have a giant out already. Azorius Charm , on the other hand, is an excellent card for you in this deck. If you had played that card on me, not only would you have set me back a draw, I would have lost both of my Ethereal Armor . And, if I didn't have anything out, you could just cycle it out for something more useful. I would mainboard Azorius Charm and ditch Aqueous Form .
Best of luck to you! +1

Oh, and if you feel like taking a look at my deck, feel free! (shameless plug I know)
November 3, 2013 8:26 p.m.
once again thanks for the feedback! I think i will keep the Aqueous Form and the Unflinching Courage because they make my win indefinite. If i have a 40/40 thune out they can still block with a 2/2 flyer but with an Aqueous Form i automatically get the hit. I see what you are saying about the win more cards and thats why i took out one Angelic Accord but i think i like the Simic Charm better than Azorius Charm because the simic has a good defense against doom blade and red-burn plus it also gets ride of an opponents creature, like the Azorius Charm . Plus Unflinching Courage on a Voracious Wurm that just came in after i sacked a Brindle Boar is scary. I took a look and your deck and i liked it so i gave a +1. thanks for all your input once again!

I've been staring at this deck for a while, and read Araganor's test. And I think I have to agree with him on everything.
The thing is, besides the combo, it's not really clear what it's trying to do.You got the creature count of an Aggro deck. But it's about a combo and the combo is about life gain and card draw and with it you make 3 unbeatable creatures. And you use ramp creatures, for no real reason, I think lands would be a lot better in their place.
It does too much, and each less effective, because of it, I think.
As Araganor mentioned, drawing that Angelic Accord doesn't do anything for you when you're under pressure. It would only work if you can effectively set your board up, but to do so with as least pressure as possible, you'll need to disrupt your opponent.
Basically all your enchantments aren't really needed. Sure it's a good insurance to make a big creature unblockable or a trampler, but if your combo goes off, you got 3 big creatures, as everything gets counters, even if they have enough to block all 3, it's probably going to be only for 1 turn.
I feel like this deck would play better as a control deck, with disruption and card draw. And less creatures and enchantments.
Or at least a deck that fully dedicates to getting the combo live. With a second win-con you can draw into with your card draw if the combo fails to come together.

Thanks for the input. I have all the mana creatures in there so I can be faster then other decks. With all the mana creatures ic can can potentially get a thune out on turn three. Also it's not just the three combo creatures getting big but every creature I have out. The enchantments are for getting out a big Voracious Wurm or making it bigger as second win condition. I will probably replace the Angelic Accord with more defense but I don't know what yet. Thanks for your input.

I think I will take out the Angelic Accord and and two Azorius Charm

I might take out a couple Brindle Boars for Elixir of Immortality so you can Recycle your graveyard and keep using the combo. I've been trying to put a deck using this combo together myself.

Consider Sylvan Caryatid instead of Elvish Mystic . It adds mana fixing for when something is tough to play, it's less vulnerable to removal, and you don't really have any turn 3 plays that you're trying to ramp to.
