This is a blue-black kraken mill deck.

Quest for Ula's Temple is essential to this deck strategy, the goal is to get it up to 3 counters as quickly as possible with scrying and with clockspinning so you can release the kraken.

Quest for Ula's should go up on turn one which is why I've attempted to balance out scry lands with basic islands to ensure that it does.

Jace's Phantasm flyers and Nightveil Specters go out next to keep your opponent busy while you scry and clockspin up.

If you manage to keep phantasms alive long enough to mill 10 you have 5/5 flyers. Sword of Body and Mind is thrown in to give you a chance to do that quickly in addition to its other benefits.

Once Ula's Quest is at 3 counters, it's time to release the kraken.

Aetherplasms serve as a secondary means of getting your kraken's and leviathans onto the battlefield by turn six.

Ashiok, Liliana, and Jace, Memory Adept all add a little mill flavor that help this deck along when they are drawn.

I am constantly testing this deck and making updates in order to achieve the most competitive and efficient modern blue-black kraken mill deck possible. Any advice or suggestions are most welcome.
