If you're using this technically illegal commander, you're probably not in a cut-throat meta. So why not lean into the casual side a bit with some fun restrictions? This is a budget build (under $200) with no tutors and a somewhat low percentage of "goodstuff" staples that every other deck runs. Even so, this deck can be quite powerful, if a bit of a glass cannon. You'll quickly draw a ton of cards, and no longer say "Can I answer this threat?", rather, "Which of a dozen ways should I answer it?" There are quite a few ways to win in this deck, from insurrection-type plays to massive copied armies to Fiery Gambit burn to bouncing/stealing/killing everyone's lands and creatures via Natural Affinity. The cool thing about this commander is that you don't have to run busted wincons. Many of your everyday utility cards can get you the win, which makes this deck very flexible.

Warning: this deck is built almost completely around the commander. I've included Radiate for redundancy, some protection (chaos or self bounce) effects, and a couple cards that don't rely on him. Still, you'll need to take care lest your commander be shut down. Your playgroup will almost certainly learn to fear this guy.

Whatever you do, you're bound to make some big, fun, memorable plays with this deck. Happy inking!
