Here is an Inniaz deck with some themes that isn't a pure flying tribal

The goal, survive long enough to get a good ETB payoff and flicker its trigger and create a nifty army of flying tokens

Inniaz is the commander here for a few reasons, with the amount of flyers and flying tokens he should be able to disrupt opponents board states long enough to get an engine going. He can also be used as a finisher with his buff ability if enough flyers are eventually generated

With sigil of the empty throne being my favorite ETB payoff this deck has enough enchantments to gain value from it. cards like idyllic tutor and moon-blessed cleric are here to fish for the sigil or add some toolbox like flexibility

Do cards like rise of eagles or aerie worshipers need to be here? potentially not but things that generate both flying tokens and enchantments feel too on theme to skip here

While not a budget deck im avoiding cards like anointed procession and smothering tithe because Damn that's expensive.
