Built around Possibility Storm- and your opponent won't be. Lightning Bolt can easily turn into an Explosive Impact . Delver of Secrets   can become a 1U Worldspine Wurm. Meanwhile your opponents game changing instant will shrink into a Mana Leak during his own turn with nothing on the stack to use it on. Sure, they might get lucky here and there but they're deck isn't BUILT around possibility storm like yours is.

How it's built: to keep it consistent, all all instants in the deck do damage, so that when you play an instant no matter what damage is going to be coming out of it. The only two sorceries are Grapeshot and [Blast of Genius]], which are explained below. In terms of creatures you get a little randomness involved, but with the added bonus of the possibility of hitting a Worldspine Wurm.

Your main goal from turns 1-5 is to survive and get out possibilty storm, and do your best to interrupt enemy plans with occasional lightning bolts. You will also want to set up Guttersnipes and pyromancers so you're ready to get with it right away on turn 6. Once turn 6 comes around the fun starts.

Card by Card:

Worldspine Wurm - If any other creature turns into one of these your opponent will cry. Which is what we want. If you end up with one in hand throwing it at him with Blast of Genius will probable make him cry too. Especially when he sees you shuffling it back into your deck.

Delver of Secrets   - Need that early game threat so that Possibility Storm actually gets out while you're still alive.

Blast of Genius - Card advantage which can be stormed into from a Grapeshot and can make sure other expensive spells in you hand or Worldspine Wurm are still useful.

Goblin Electromancer - maximes how many spells you can cast in a turn.

Mercurial Chemister - Utility- can be used as constant card draw, or even for removal when necessary.

Explosive Impact - Won't be played directly unless you've got the mana. Preferably stormed into, if not launched at people with blast or your chemister

What ends up happening is tons of damage and tokens. The big downside to the deck is it takes at least 5 turns to get the good stuff going
