Managem, Pir and Toothy seem very interesting, good choice!
I didn't add Sorcerer's Strongbox because it needs 6 mana just to flip one coin and if I lose nothing happens. I prefer cards like Game of Chaos or Planar Chaos, that can make me and my opponents flip a lot of times, but I can't find a place for them...

dragonforce60: unfortunately Ral Zarek doesn't care if I win or lose the coin flips, so it doesn't trigger my commanders. It would be really useful only for his last ability and only with Krark's Thumb into play

Its a more mana costly card, but I'd definitely recommend Mirror March from Allegiance for a bit of chaos when casting your creatures. If you get lucky you buff up Okaun, draw cards with Zndersplit, and you can do some shenanigans with Spellseeker, Solemn Simulacrum, Dualcaster, and Snapcaster ETBs especially.

Noire_Samhain: Mirror March could be a great card in this deck, thank you!
The only problem is that I don't play a lot of nonlegendary creatures... Spellseeker , Solemn Simulacrum , Trinket Mage , Snapcaster Mage , Imperial Recruiter and Dualcaster Mage are the only viable creatures to copy... but some of them, like the recruiter or the dualcaster, can be game winning.
Which card would you replace for the mirror?

Gelectrode95 I personally am not sure which to replace. All of your deck fits well together, its just an interesting card to consider to add even more coin flipping fun. It probably would take some experimenting on my part to give you a more satisfying idea, sorry.

Noire_Samhain: Don't worry, thanks again for the suggestion! I'll definitely remove something to test Mirror March , i'm curious to see how it performs.

Nice take on it. You can easily decrease the amount of coinflips needed to one-shot someone with Okaun down to 1 by just adding 3-4 cards. Also Sakashima gives you a 2nd Okaun to get more flip triggers in combat. That’s how I do it in my Okaun deck and it works great.

Pikobyte: Thank you man! I didn't think about Sakashima the Impostor , great card! Need to find a room for it.

Responding from your comment on my profile --
That's some pretty nice coding! Did you make it yourself? If you want my help then make a deck that we can focus the coding on and I'll teach you everything that you want to know!

Have you considered playing Goblin Artisans over, say, Thassa, God of the Sea ? I know she's very important for unblockability, but I'm just trying to suggest potential cuts. Maybe Long-Term Plans ?

NoOneOfConsequence I can't risk to counter one of my artifact just to draw a card. Even with Krark's Thumb in play, the potential drawback is too high.

Gelectrode95 I mean, you're playing Karplusan Minotaur , but, fair enough. I just feel like you might be missing some worthwhile coin-flipping cards in this deck.

NoOneOfConsequence You are right, Karplusan Minotaur may not seem a great card, but it's the only one, other than my commanders and Chance Encounter , that cares about me winning coin flips, so it adds more value to all the other coin flipping cards in this deck. It makes me flip more coins thanks to the cumulative upkeep and the drawback of losing the flips is minimum. Sometimes there is no drawback, because I choose the opponent when I lose a flip, so I can play this card in a more political way. And when I win, I can always decide to direct the damages to the minotaur itself and destroy it If I'm going to risk too much with it in play.
That said, I'm surely missing some worthwhile coin flipping cards but I think the best ones are already in the "maybeboard" list, like Planar Chaos or Game of Chaos . I'm still struggling to find a room for them, but I think they are way better than Goblin Artisans . Maybe I can replace the minotaur with one of this two...

If I were you, I'd follow the '25%' rule--that is, yes, you obviously don't want to just jam all the crap in the game that says 'flip a coin' into this deck and forget to include things like card draw and counterspells and so on. Nonetheless, even 75% of your deck being dedicated to your 'theme' is fine. Maybe something like Fighting Chance or even Desperate Gambit might be worth playing here, for situations I'm sure you can imagine. Don't go cutting your coin-flipping cards for them, though (unless they're just strictly worse)!

NoOneOfConsequence I'm not sure if these cards can be worth playing, but I'll give them a chance

Surprised no one has mentioned Flash
Also, Winding Canyons

GoodLuckGuy Winding Canyons is a great card. I don't like the fact that it makes me flash only creatures but is still great, thanks!
I don't know about Flash ... I mean, is really good but I don't have so many ETB effects in this deck and most of my creatures requier just 2 or 3 mana to be played...

They're both for Laboratory Maniac . When you draw your deck with Squee's Revenge or Frenetic Efreet , Flash being in your deck means that you don't need any prior setup to win with lab-man; you draw into both, then flash him out right before your last draw for a free win. I'd HIGHLY recommend adding it.
Winding Canyons isn't 100% necessary, but it's a strong utility land that also does what the other flash enablers do for you. Although with these new spoilers, Emergence Zone seems better.

Does Frenetic Sliver work the same way as Frenetic Efreet ?
If so, you could swap potentially swap it for the worst of whichever tutors grab you Frenetic Efreet as a way of saving mana.

FrantaFire Sadly Frenetic Sliver doesn't work like Frenetic Efreet because it says "if this creature is in play", so it makes me flip a coin only when it's in play. The efreet works differently because it doesn't matter if it's still in play when I flip the coin. For this reason, if I put infinite triggers on the stack and the first one resolves, I will still flip infinite coins even if it's dead or phased out.

As a zndrsplt and okuan connoisseur myself, I think that Final Fortune is quite good and underplayed. I would consider cutting Sword of Feast and Famine because I imagine that the equip cost is often too much if you are trying to kill with okuan that turn. Fury of the Horde is also quite excellent, due to mana efficiency. I run Goblin Motivator and Torch Courier as well, because they give okaun haste without costing any mana the turn you play him.

An interesting deck. This looks fun, I'm making a Pir and Toothy deck.
I have a card you may consider, it might be a possible inclusion. Maybe you already did consider it and know of it. But if not here it is Sorcerer's Strongbox
