This deck is kind of an attempt at "what would happen if i made a commander deck about taking extra turns without going infinite?", it wins by either taking enough extra turns with Dragonmaster Outcast on board to pummel everyone into the ground with 5/5 flyers or by paying an insanely high X cost on something like Banefire or Jaya's Immolating Inferno.
