Those cards are all staples of a good modern deck. You also need a way to deal with graveyard triggers since you're u/b your best option is Leyline of the Void (sb) and Ravenous Trap is good too.

I'd get rid of Breaking all together. And just put in four Glimpse the Unthinkable. It does better things for the same mana cost and color.

Lol I understand that glimpse is literally the same card but two more mil, but breaking/entering costs 1$ where glimpse costs 30$ lol. I do not want to drop 120$ on a playset of them as opposed to 4$ for the breaking :o I'll just take the 2 less and move on until I can pay for those cards.

I would add some number of Visions of Beyond, Ghost Quarter (works really well with the Trap), Crypt Incursion, and Mesmeric Orb to the mainboard or the sideboard. Extirpate and Surgical Extraction are also really solid in Mill decks.

Dralnu, Lich Lord - Cheaper Snapcaster Mage
Nemesis of Reason - Kewl
Jace's Phantasm - I've found that it keeps Aggro decks in check.

You have Bloodstained Mire in your deck but no Mountains. You need them if you want to use Entering.
Wight of Precinct Six or Traumatize will work here.
As an alternate win condition (or sideboard option) for the Battle of Wits modern deck archetype, I am pawsitive Artful Dodge, Distortion Strike, Veil of Secrecy or Aphotic Wisps can be attached to Consuming Aberration to win.

I don't need mountains because I can use the mires to fetch for Watery Grave and I'm not trying to cast Entering only breaking. And yeah I've thought about artful dodge.

I personally don't like the Ghost Quarter / Path to Exile and Archive Trap combos, because it assumes your opponent doesn't know you run this combo, and won't suspect that you do when you pull of a Ghost Quarter/Path to Exile. In other words, as soon as your opponent realizes what you're up to, these cards become essentially useless.

You should try to use as many fetches as you can because free milk with Hedron Crab is always good

How about adding a few Isochron Scepter to the sideboard? It'd be a house against discard effects

A friend of mine has been experimenting with mill in modern for a long time now, Mesmeric Orb has been one of his absolute power houses. He is also playing 1-2 Crypt Incursion in his main deck to buy time against aggressive decks and combat graveyard based decks. Shelldock Isle is another nice tool.
I don't see the benefits of Consuming Aberration, it's just an expensive fatty that gets easily answered by Mana Leak, Terminate or Path to Exile. Even if it actually gets the chance to attack, it can just get blocked.

i agree that im not sold on the aberration as well. 5 mana to maybe get some mill in AFTER you cast him? i feel another visions would do you better.

First and foremost- your deck is illegal- 5x breaking
with Hedron Crab you should have plenty of fetchlands and since its modern you need at least 2 Ghost Quarter to deal with tron lands. as far as mill spells Archive Trap, Thought Scour, Glimpse the Unthinkable, Mesmeric Orb
