What would make milling your opponent better? How about being able to do it at instant speed. With Leyline of Anticipation we can even flash Jace, Memory Adept at end of their turn. To be able to do this with some success we have to counter strong, be able to control board state( Damnation & Cryptic Command ) and have some form of grave hate( Crypt Incursion ).

I am thinking about adding Academy Ruins + Necrogen Spellbomb as one of. This would give us hand disruption at instant speed as well.
