I put this deck together for the kitchen table, power level probably isn't very high (playtesting pending). The deck should come in under 100€. Cutting some expensive stuff (like planeswalkers) and going for classic Nicol Bolas as commander should get it to a very low budget.

The idea of the Deck is to do lot's and lot's of Nicol-Bolas  -type things. (Discard, stealing, etc)

Amounts vary. While there is little discard, I put in loads of stealing. This is because I wanted the Deck to have a strong "play with your opponents stuff" subtype, stealing permanents just goes well with that.

Reanimation (from opponents yards) is another theme of the deck. In order to get cards in the graveyards I put in a bit of spot removal as well as plenty of board wipes.

Some cards are in for flavour, but all of those fit the theme(s) as well.

In order to end games, the deck relies on the few creatures it has, as well as stolen win conditions. Therefor I put in Worst Fears to break stalemates. Stealing one opponents turn to alpha strike others will deal with or severly damage multiple opponents. Besides that, it is the Nicol-Bolas-way of dealing with enemys.

Beyond that it's some utility to deal with graveyards, artifacts, or anything your opponents might want to use against you.
