Looks pretty solid, but I think a few tweaks can make it much stronger and more consistent.
I run an elf tribal variant that I've gotten a lot of success from (Ezuri's Elves of Progress, if you want to take a look.) I've played a good 30 games or so with it, and this is what I have found:
As alecm said above, you will want more ramp than this. And probably two more lands. Prophet of Kruphix done got her ass banned recently, so there's an automatic slot for another land.
Bident of Thassa is strictly better than Bred for the Hunt. There's nothing wrong with running both, but if you are going to pick one, I'd pick the bident. Yes, it's hit by both artifact and enchantment removal, but if you keep it in hand until you can get a good trigger in one turn (or just drop it on turn 3), you won't be disappointed.
People will want you dead. I use Tangle and Arachnogenesis for this.
The new Nissa, Voice of Zendikar is freaking awesome.
Vigor is absolutely preposterous if it's in the budget.
As for what you might take out:
Blessed Reincarnation is not spectacular. I can see how it could be a very fun card, but the synergy is limited and very conditional.
Mystic Genesis just costs too much for what it does, in my opinion.
Pentad Prism is also a little bit meh. I'd take a simple Wood Elves or Farhaven Elf over this any day.
Silent Arbiter probably made more sense in your Vorel deck. It's not terrible here, but I usually find with Ezuri that I want to swing with more than one creature. It's also nerfing several cards you have in here, such as Bred for the Hunt.

NoSoyYucateco thanks for the feedback. I agree with. And sadly both Nissa, Voice of Zendikar and Vigor is out of my budget. But Tangle would be just perfect and i've been looking for an Arachnogenesis for a while, just waiting for an opportunity to order. At that same time Mystic Genesis are getting replaced with someting like Counterspell.
Pentad Prism is a "relic" from Vorel and is also getting rapleced as soon as possible.
As for Silent Arbiter is for protection in my local meta where A LOT of people are playing tokens in one way or another.

That makes more sense then. You may end up wanting to swap Silent Arbiter for Tangle when you get it. (It's too bad you're not playing Orzhov so you can Batwing Brume them. That's my favorite way to deal with tokens.)
My hope is that Nissa will come down in price in a few months. I was lucky enough to open a pretty great fat pack that let me trade for one.
Arachnogenesis is so sick. My favorite new card, aside from Ezuri himself.

Ooh that does look pretty good. I might add that to my deck.

The_Grape I had Vorel of the Hull Clade in the deck but i felt it was too slow and stacking counters on a single creature isn't really what i'm trying to do unless it's Wild Beastmaster or Cultivator of Blades or maybe Hooded Hydra. The main focus on the deck is to build upp the experience counters to make all creatures an potential leathal threat, or swarm the enemy with a beastmaster effect. Saw your deck, Keep it up with your take on Ezuri :)
ghoul_Legion Thanks :) I like the suggestion though i think it does the same as Mycoloth but not as effective.

It makes your commander harder to kill, which I find incredibly useful. The Verdant Embrace I mean.

I'm not sure how expensive a card you're willing to buy, but here are some suggestions:
Kalonian Hydra, Primordial Hydra, Greater Good, Minamo, School at Water's Edge, Doubling Season, Primal Vigor are all pretty costly, but win games.
I'd cut Trinket Mage. He has like 2 targets. Also, Sol Ring is one of the best cards in the format.
Hardened Scales, Fathom Mage, Spike Weaver, Spike Feeder, Forgotten Ancient, Rhystic Study, Champion of Lambholt, Magistrate's Scepter, Darksteel Reactor, Viral Drake, Avenger of Zendikar, Thousand-Year Elixir, Kiora's Follower, Bramblewood Paragon, Sage of Fables, Prime Speaker Zegana, Plaxcaster Frogling are all good counter cards. Any creature with utility and that can turn into a win con with Vorel around is really good.
I have to pimp Hardened Scales again, because it's just so good in Vorel decks.
I notice you have next to no ramp. Nature's Lore, Cultivate, Kodama's Reach, Skyshroud Claim are all good for this. Especially useful if you continue running cards that require 3 of a certain mana.
Oran-Rief, the Vastwood and Alchemist's Refuge are pretty cheap utility lands.
