Claws of Gix, Void Maw, Tethmos High Priest, Sound the Call, Flamespeaker Adept, and Divine Reckoning are some interesting ones.

Void Maw is definitely a first time see for me.

I have definitely come up against the rest in one way or another, except Sound the Call, which is dubious...but I guess it could be abused with populate if you had a mind to.

Reflect Damage is worth noting because it can reflect lethal commander damage where Deflecting Palm cannot :P

I have added Void Maw, Flamespeaker Adept and Reflect Damage for now. Divine Reckoning was added to the maybeboard, the other cards are not quite fitting in my opinion.

With the return of the Madness mechanic, what about the cards Gibbering Descent, Magus of the Bazaar, Skirk Ridge Exhumer, Skirge Familiar, and Civilized Scholar  ^Flip? Other Innistrad-related things include Nefashu, Illusory Demon, Tyrant of Discord, High Priest of Penance, and One-Eyed Scarecrow.

I don't think any of these cards are that unique or little known, but that's just my opinion. If anyone else speaks up for some of them, I will add them regardless.

This is the first I'm seeing of High Priest of Penance and Illusory Demon. Those seem to fit the bill for unique, at least in my opinion. Other cards you might want to consider are Crack the Earth, which is a Red Innocent Blood, as well as Bifurcate and Pack Hunt.

I'd rather add Doubling Chant instead, though there being this many versions of this effect means that it isn't really unique.

And I don't think of Crack the Earth as being particularily useful

Absolutely LOVE the list you've got going on here!!! This is pretty much the types of cards i try to include at least 1-4 of in every (commander) deck i build....sadly i have less than a dozen of the cards you've listed in my current 8 decks, even though i've probably owned or played with 60% of them.

I primarily play casual commander and have for the last yr and a half, though i've played a lot of different variants on and off since i 1st started back in the era of Legends. As an on again off again player idk what's been spotlighted and what's slipped under the radar on various years as i wasn't paying attention to the radar.

I do have a few that aren't listed here, though with a broken radar idk if they qualify for this list but anyways;
