The main win condition is to get all the vampires out and be very aggressive while using Vampire Nighthawk for life gain. If games tend to drag on because of control or token decks I have the aristocrats feel so that I can make tokens with either Sorin, Lord of Innistrad, Lingering Souls, or Bloodline Keeper  , sacrifice them to Cartel Aristocrat or Falkenrath Aristocrat and then gain life with Blood Artist while making my opponent lose life. Then because of that I can use Skirsdag High Priest morbid to make 5/5 demons.
